Foam Concrete and Heat Insulation Treatment has developed a new & innovation concept for production of CLC block to be used as building materials. CLC (Cellular Light Weight Concrete Block) is made from Foam Concrete. It is a light weight concrete that is produced by mixing cement and White Sand slurry with pre-formed foam. As a building material, it meets all expectations to spread in a building practice first of all in the area of making floors of civil and industrial buildings.
Foam Concrete is made of air bubbles in the form of foam & then mixing the foam into cement. The slurry is them poured into moulds. Foam blocks slurries have higher cement contents.
Foam concrete is a vast majority of concrete containing no large aggregates, only fine sand and with extremely lightweight materials containing cement, water and foam. It can be considered relatively homogeneous when compared to normal concrete, as it does not contain coarse aggregate phase. However, the properties of foamed concrete depend on the microstructure and composition, which are influenced by the type of binder used, methods of pre-foamation and curing The main advantage of foam concrete is its lightweight, which ensures economy of walls of the lower floors and foundations. It has several advantages and since it is porous in nature, it provides thermal insulation and considerable savings in the material. The important applications of foamed concrete include structural elements, non-structural partitions and thermal insulating materials. Manufacturers developed foam concretes of different densities to suit the above requirements and these products were used in trench reinstatement, bridge abutment,
id filling, roof insulation, road sub base, wall construction, tunneling etc.
HOW FOAM CONCRETE IS MADE?
The raw materials used for the production of foam concrete are, binding agent, aggregates, foaming agent, and water.
Lite Weight Concrete Block ?
Lite Weight Concrete It is made with a lightweight coarse aggregate & sometimes a portion or entire fine aggregates may be lightweight instead of normal aggregates & It’s Called Lightweight Poly Concrete.
Lightweight Concrete has developed a new innovation concept for production of Lightweight Concrete Block to be used as building materials. Lightweight Concrete is made of air bubbles in the form of a foam & then mixing the foam-into a cement. The slurry is them poured into molds. Foam blocks slurries have higher cement contents.
Light weight foundations:
With densities as low as 300 kg/m3, foam concrete imposes little vertical stress on the surrounding sub-structure. This is particularly important in areas sensitive to settlement. In excavations with poor soil, foam concrete form 100% stable lightweight foundations and can be designed using the principle of equilibrium.
CLC ( Cellular Light Weight Concrete Block
Earthquake Resistant : Using CLC Block & save from earthquake
Heat Insulation : 70-90% more thermal insulation
Fire Resistant : Higher fire resistance
Light Weight : CLC Blocks are lightweight, This is almost three times less than the traditional bricks or fly ash bricks
Green technology : LWC CLC production is fully harmless and used of ecological raw materials and process the recyclables.
Workability : As a building material, it meets all expectations to spread in a building practice first of all in the area of making floors of civic and industrial buildings.
Water Absorption : LWC CLC Blocks are closed cellular structures so absorb less water
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
Subways, Construction, Exterior walls, low cost of living, High rise Building, Air-conditioned buildings, Roof insulation & waterproofing, Additional floors to existing structure.
